Privacy policy

  1. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of the consent given by you,  and in accordance with Article 221 of the Labour Code for the purposes of recruitment process, conducted by the Administrator, as well as for the purposes of implementation of future recruitment projects.
  2. Your personal data will be disclosed to the recipients:
    • providing services in the field of making electronic recruitment platforms available.
    • providing services in the field of service, maintenance and management of IT networks and terminal equipment,
    • providing technical support services for applications in which personal data are processed,
    • entities affiliated with the Administrator by capital and personal ties,
    • clients of the Administrator of personal data (potential employers).
  3. Your personal data will be kept until May 25, 2028.
  4. You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, delete it or limit its processing as well as the right to transfer data to another administrator. Your requests may be directed to the above-mentioned e-mail address, or may be submitted personally at the above-mentioned correspondence address. The request to delete personal data will be tantamount to resignation from participation in recruitment projects carried out by DCG Sp. z o.o.
  5. You have the right, at any time, to withdraw your consent for further processing of your personal data. An instruction to withdraw your consent should be sent by e-mail to the above-mentioned e-mail address, or addressed directly to the correspondence address indicated above. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the processing of personal data made prior to the submission of the statement will be fully legal.
  6. Provision of personal data, within the scope described in Article 221 of the Labour Code, is obligatory, in the remaining scope it is voluntary and constitutes a prerequisite to participate in the recruitment processes conducted by the Data Administrator. The lack of providing personal data makes it impossible to take part in recruitment processes conducted by the Administrator.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority exercising control over the legality and correctness of personal data processing.
  8. Your data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU and to international organizations
  9. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decisions (decisions without human intervention), and they will not be subject to profiling.
