Our offices are located in Warsaw and Gdansk. In our spaces we have prepared space for our business departments as well as for IT teams.

We specialize in outsourcing IT professionals in a variety of business models tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. We have very extensive project experience in the areas of nearshoring, team leasing and outsourcing of individual specialists.

Outsourcing of IT specialists is a service that involves dedicating individual specialists who meet the client's specified experience and competence requirements. Team Leasing involves building and dedicating an entire team to the client, according to the client's expectations. Nearshoring service, on the other hand, involves gathering competencies and building a complete team along with team management services, managing team retention, turnover and equipment

We work in a nearshore outsourcing model, in which, responding to the needs of our foreign partners, we build complete, fully manageable IT teams in Poland.

We are a very agile organization, characterized by openness to the different business needs of our clients, short decision-making process and flexibility. Internally, we are supported by a very experienced controlling and finance team, and we provide dedicated support to our specialists. We also have our own ATS system, which we have developed to meet our and our clients' needs. Core of our operations is a 50-person delivery team and a 15-person team of account managers.
